Hi! I’m Debbie Roberts and I am a business consultant who is very much a ‘people person’; I have a passion for connecting and engaging with people and I have built a strong and expansive network over the past 30 years.
During my time living and working across Greater Sydney, I have established a strong network of contacts in the areas of business, health, education, not-for-profits, charities, hospitality, local and state government, and economic development.
I have been fortunate enough to have worked for a variety of organisations including NSW Business Connect Program, Camden Council, Camden Region Economic Taskforce, Ronald McDonald House Westmead, Youth Solutions, TAFE NSW, NSW Correctional Services, South West Sydney Local Health District, Fairfield City Council & Liverpool Hospital.
I can advise you on all aspects of business practice and identify areas of opportunity – and I can introduce you to the right specialists where there is an area in which you could achieve increased results with the use of other external consultants.
I value integrity, am proud of my respected reputation within business and community circles, and I am willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve success.
I absolutely thrive on connecting and empowering small business owners and organisational leaders to build their knowledge and capability for long term success. My role is to support you and provide you with the guidance, and access to information, networks and people that you require.
Using a collaborative approach, I will share with you my skills in the areas of strategy and business planning, stakeholder engagement, business systems, financial management and marketing to help you reach your full potential.
You are not just a number to me; I am deeply passionate about supporting people and am committed to getting the job done – and done well. There will always be opportunities that I can help you unlock and I am genuinely excited about discussing your ideas, your future plans and how I can help you build your success story.
So, take that leap and build your success story, contact me today and book a free introductory meeting to discuss your needs and how I can help you. Then, if you would like to work with me to achieve your goals, we will book in a meeting to discuss how we can unpack your opportunities and come up with a plan to make it happen!

I have always been an active member of my community and personally feel this is the best way to help businesses and organisations succeed, while also making a difference in a community I care about. The unique insights, understanding and lasting connections that this approach has provided really has been a critical success factor in my career.
I am presently on the boards of Victress Connection and Wollondilly Women in Business, and on the Mater Dei Foundation Committee. I have been on other boards such as the South Western Sydney Local Health District, the Rotary Club of Narellan, and the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I was also a mentor with the Interchange Student Mentoring Program.
I am a proud member of the Picton Chamber of Commerce, Wollondilly Women in Business Network, Women with Altitude, and the Wollondilly Tourism Association Incorporated.
I am a friend of Girls on Fire Inc, and providing consultancy services to help them grow. Girls on Fire Inc is a charity who is creating a sustainable movement of empowered women, diverse allies and resilient management communities in fire and emergency services. They empower young girls and women to find future work and volunteering pathways, and greater community connection through learning firefighting and disaster management skills.
