Goal Setting Workshop
Do you feel like your business has no plan and lacks clear direction or goals? Spending focussed time in a facilitated workshop can help you to redefine your goals and assist with setting achievable goals.
This includes:
- A pre-workshop Business Snapshot Survey to be completed by the participant
- Analysis of the survey prior to workshop
- Two & half (2.5) hour workshop to define goals – online or face to face (additional travel costs may be incurred)
- Resources & templates provided to the participant to assist this process
